Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Ms Cybersecurity, Inc. (“4Cyber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a company based in Florida, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our 4Cyber website, contact us, schedule a demo or appointment, or participate in related online meetings.
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.
This policy concerns our public website and the interactions described here. It does not describe all processing of customer-uploaded information, employee training records, or other content within the 4Cyber Hub. Those activities require the applicable service-specific notices and contractual terms. When we process information on behalf of a business customer, that customer’s privacy notice and our agreement with that customer govern the respective processing activities.
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at contact@ms-cybersecurity.com.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you contact us by email, phone, a website form, or another available channel, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, business email address, phone number, company, job title, and the contents of your inquiry or correspondence.
When you schedule a demo or appointment, we collect the details requested in the booking form, your selected appointment time, and any information you choose to include about your request.
Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card details, or sensitive security documentation through ordinary website inquiry forms or email. If additional information is needed, we will explain how to provide it through an appropriate channel.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting systems automatically collect technical information in server logs. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, the hostname of the accessing device where available, and the date and time of a request.
Information collected through cookies or other tracking technologies is described in Section 5.
Information from scheduling and meeting services
When you use Microsoft Bookings or participate in a Microsoft Teams meeting with us, we receive information needed to organize and conduct that interaction. Depending on the features used, this may include your name and contact information, appointment details, meeting attendance and timing, chat messages, and files or other content you share.
Microsoft also processes technical information needed to provide these services, such as device, connection, and diagnostic information. The information processed depends on the service, your participation, and the applicable settings.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to operate and maintain our website, respond to inquiries, arrange and conduct demos or appointments, and communicate with prospective and existing customers.
Technical information helps us maintain website reliability, troubleshoot problems, and protect our systems against misuse and security threats. We may also use information to comply with applicable legal requirements and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3. Hosting, Appointment Scheduling, and Online Meetings
Website hosting in Germany
Our website is hosted by Weitblick GmbH in Germany, which provides the hosting infrastructure. Hosting systems process website requests and technical server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and maintain the website.
Microsoft Bookings
We use Microsoft Bookings to schedule demos and appointments. The information entered in a booking form is used to arrange the appointment, communicate with you about it, and handle relevant follow-up. Appointment information is stored in the Microsoft service used for our bookings.
Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams for online meetings and communications. Meeting information and content are processed to provide the meeting and facilitate the interaction. Other participants may see or receive information that you share during the meeting.
If a meeting is recorded or transcribed, we will provide notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before doing so.
Microsoft’s own processing is described in its Privacy Statement (opens in a new window). The relevant enterprise service terms and settings also apply. These provider notices supplement, rather than replace, our explanation of how we use your information.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information to service providers that help us carry out the activities described in this policy. These include Weitblick GmbH for website hosting and technical support, and Microsoft for appointment scheduling and online meetings.
We may disclose information to professional advisers when needed for legal, accounting, or similar business support. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, the security of our services, or the rights and safety of others.
Personal information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising (see Section 5).
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website does not use analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies. It does not place cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes, and we do not use third-party services on our website that collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process personal information for targeted advertising.
Browser privacy signals
Because our website does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, it does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals. As we do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no such processing for an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, to stop.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account the nature of the information, our relationship with you, security needs, and applicable legal requirements.
Inquiry and appointment information is retained as needed to respond, conduct the appointment, and handle relevant follow-up. Technical logs are retained according to operational and security needs.
Information may need to be retained longer to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Information that a provider processes for its own purposes is subject to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy notice.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You can contact us at contact@ms-cybersecurity.com to ask about your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion. We will review your request and respond in accordance with applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or other permitted reasons.
Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to our processing, you may have additional rights. These can include obtaining a copy of your information, opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limiting specified uses of sensitive information, and appealing a decision on a privacy request where an appeal right applies.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests, but do not require identity verification for an opt-out where the applicable law prohibits it. If applicable law allows an authorized agent to act for you, we may request the documentation permitted by that law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable privacy law.
Where you have a statutory right to appeal a denied request, you can submit an appeal to contact@ms-cybersecurity.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will handle it within the applicable legal timeframe.
8. International Processing
Ms Cybersecurity, Inc. is based in the United States, while our website hosting is in Germany. Depending on the services involved, your information may be processed in Germany, the United States, and other countries where the relevant service providers operate. These countries may have different privacy laws.
Hosting the website in Germany does not mean that all information connected with bookings, meetings, or other interactions is stored exclusively in Germany. We handle international processing in accordance with the legal requirements applicable to the particular activity.
9. Security and Children’s Privacy
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, communication system, or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Our website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
10. External Websites and Policy Updates
Our website may contain links to other websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Our use of Bookings and Teams is also described in this policy because we use those services to interact with you.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by law, such as a notice on our website or a direct communication. We will obtain additional consent where required.
